How we check tools

See where every listing comes from.

Guided records a limited set of facts from reviewed sources, shows when they were checked, keeps missing facts visible, and links to the publisher’s official page.

  1. Official source
  2. Useful facts
  3. Consistent format
  4. Review
  5. Publisher page
01

Use official sources

V1 reads the official MCP Registry and a small, reviewed list of skill publishers. Community lists may help us find candidates, but we do not treat a repeated claim as a fact.

02

Store facts, not tool code

Guided stores details about a tool and where those details came from. It does not copy, install, display as active content, or run the tool itself.

03

Show when we last checked

Each listing records when its source was checked and which version we saw. If information may be old, or the publisher never provided it, the listing says so.

04

Send you to the publisher

A listing is not a safety review or an approval. Read the publisher’s current instructions before you install or use any tool.

Connect for member details

Choose a wallet route. Guided will ask you to sign a message that proves wallet control; it does not move funds, cost gas, or approve a transaction.
